This Easter, the Waltham Forest Holiday Activity Programme will be running free activities for children who are in receipt of benefit related Free School Meals (FSM) from Monday 30 March to Friday 10 April 2026, excluding bank holidays, which can be booked at www.walthamforest.gov.uk/holidays.

We have a small amount of funding to provide some places for vulnerable children who do not receive benefit related FSM. To refer a child for a place, please read the referral eligibility criteria and complete the online referral form by Monday 23 March 2026. If referrals are received after this time a place cannot be guaranteed for the child. 

Please note if the child requires additional support at the activity, contact us at wfholidayactivityprogramme@walthamforest.gov.uk first before booking to ensure the provision is suitable and that we are able to support the child’s needs at the activity.
