Support Empower Enrich Package

The Support, Empower, Enrich Package includes information, advice and training to support and empower early years provisions to enrich their practice in meeting the needs of children with special educational needs and disabilities

The Support, Empower, Enrich universal package for PVIs and Childcare on Domestic Premises includes:

 

The Support, Empower, Enrich targeted package for PVIs and Childcare on Domestic Premises includes:

  • 1:1 virtual meeting (this may be offered if appropriate and necessary to ensure children with SEND are being supported effectively and to provide further general SEND inclusion strategies and support) *
  • Early Years Provisions Support and Monitoring Visits ** (this may be offered if appropriate and necessary to ensure children with SEND are being supported effectively and to provide further general SEND inclusion strategies and support)*  All Early Years Provisions are advised to fully complete the Autism Education Trust’s Early Years Standards Framework prior to any visits. The completed Standards Framework will be used to facilitate discussions and support during visits with an Area SENCO, see here for further information.
  • SEN Inclusion Fund (SENIF) Referral Support and Monitoring
  • Support4Talk

The Support, Empower, Enrich targeted package for Schools includes:

  • 1:1 virtual meeting (this may be offered if appropriate and necessary to ensure children with SEND are being supported effectively and to provide further general SEND inclusion strategies and support) *
  • Early Years Provision Support and Monitoring Visits ** (this may be offered if appropriate and necessary to ensure children with SEND are being supported effectively and to provide further general SEND inclusion strategies and support)*  All Early Years Provisions are advised to fully complete the Autism Education Trust’s Early Years Standards Framework prior to any visits. *to include any discussions regarding individual children during this support, schools and settings will have to request the child’s parents/carers complete a parental consent form.
