Schools and Early Years settings are advised that a number of children’s products have been recalled due to the potential presence of a small quantity of asbestos. 

Affected products include:

• Hobbycraft – Giant Box of Craft, Sand and Pom Pom Art Kit; Easter Bumper Craft Kit
• Colour Forge – Basing Sand
• My Living World – Worm Kit
• Stretcherz – Stretch Squad Assortment and Slammerz Assortment Toys

Settings should:

• Review any craft sand materials currently in use or held in storage
• Check whether any items match the recalled products or batches
• Remove affected items from use immediately if identified
