The new employment skills and careers advice project "Level Up" is aimed at young black men aged 16 to 25 years old living in Waltham Forest. 

The project is an 8-week FREE programme designed to build the practical skills and confidence young people need for work. This includes:

• CV and Job applications
• Digital skills
• Job search and LinkedIn
• Certificates
