Alternative Provision survey for Primary schools

Isos Partnership are keen to hear from a range of colleagues, including the leaders of all primary schools in the borough, as well as Alternative Provision (AP) providers, Local Authority services and parents/carers. As part of this, they have designed a short survey to capture the views of primary school leaders about current AP arrangements in the primary phase.
It should take no more than 10 minutes to complete. While an analysis of the responses will be used to inform this review, individual responses will be treated in confidence by Isos Partnership and will not be seen anyone else.
The survey will formally close on Monday 16 February 2026.
