Innovate will be offering a Occupational Health service to schools using a system called Meddbase from 1 April 2023.

All of Innovates services are accessed through Meddbase (including management referrals and PPQ's) it provides a secure channel for Innovate to share outcome reports/certificates and will also give the user access to live MI reporting.

If you would like to purchase this service for your school, complete the Medbase Client information capture form  and email to schoolshr.helpdesk@walthamforest.gov.uk. Once set up, a confirmation email will be sent with access details. Charges will be added to your schools basket on WF Traded Services.

The charge for Occupational Health is £18 per employee, per annum plus a one off retainer fee of £150 (further details are within the document attached)

Please Note; charges will also apply for DNA's where more than 24hrs notice prior to the scheduled appointment has not been given to make an amendment or cancellation. 

Care First will be offering an Employee Assistance Programme to schools. Please view for your information and consideration.
