Youth Voice Hackathon

As part of Waltham Forest Council's Big Youth Conversation, they are looking for 12 local young people, aged 14 – 24 to join them for 3 days work experience within our Strategy and Change Department.

This opportunity would particularly suit young people who are pursuing a career in politics, public service or the charity sector, or who have an interest in activism and community engagement.

The three day Youth Voice Hackathon, brings together the work from this year’s Big Youth Conversation survey and focus groups and our recent Youth Comms Hackathon.

We are looking for 12 young people aged 14-24 to help put together the final recommendations and report to be used by the Council, and create a youth friendly report and video.
