Early Years professionals are invited to express an interest in a new purpose built nursery which is now available to lease.

Juniper House is a mixed-use development in the heart of Walthamstow Town Centre that includes new mixed-tenure homes, flexible commercial space and a new standalone Early Years nursery adjacent to the train station. The nursery provides space for approximately 50 Ofsted registered childcare places for 0 to five year olds. There will be approximately 450 m2 of space over two floors, which includes covered terraces, plus an additional 273 m2 of dedicated secure external play area.
