All Maths leads in Waltham Forest are invited to sign up for a Waltham Forest Teaching for Mastery Work Group. The year our Waltham Forest Work Groups will:

• Consolidate subject knowledge and pedagogical understanding to prepare for the revised curriculum.
• Develop understanding of EYFS and building firm foundations from one year group to the next to support you with the new OfSTED framework.
• Support maths leads to design and implement development plans for their own schools.

Taking place on Wednesday 7 October at Waltham Forest College, the conference will focus on:

• the borough’s education strategy
• maintaining a strong commitment to inclusion
• exploring the realities of leadership in increasingly challenging contexts
• opportunities to network with peers and colleagues across the local education system
• providing a valuable opportunity to share insights, discuss pressures, and strengthen collective approaches
