Apprenticeship Festival - Fellowship Square
An apprenticeship is for everyone, whether you are starting your career, looking to develop your current skills set or looking at a career change, an apprenticeship can support you. Join us at our Apprenticeship Festival on Thursday 29 June from 11am-5pm at Fellowship Square, Town Hall, Forest Road, Walthamstow, E17 4JF.
The purpose of the Festival is to promote and celebrate Apprenticeships within the London Borough of Waltham Forest.
We will have food vendors and our Management Training Provider will be presenting in Town Hall, foyer at 11.30am their Accredited Management Apprenticeship courses.
The newly elected Mayor of Waltham Forest will also be in attendance.
It would be great to see you there and for you to gain further information about apprenticeships.
As well as the council promoting our internal and external apprenticeship offer, we are inviting local employers and training providers to exhibit their apprenticeship vacancies and offers. Currently we have the following employers confirm their attendance to promote their apprenticeships:
Halfords
Sodexco
London Fire Brigade
Met Police
Tower Hamlets Care Group
The Lloyds Park Children’s Charity
Bartshealth NHS
Our target audience are existing council employees, local residents, schools, colleges, school, college and university leavers and local businesses looking for information on apprenticeship. E
There is no need to book your place, simply turn up on the day. If you require further information, contact Richard Davenport, Apprenticeship Manager: Richard.Davenport@walthamforest.gov.uk
