School Business Managers (SBMs) are a key member of a school's senior leadership team. Responsibilities of a School Business Manager often include finance, human resources, infrastructure, procurement, and marketing. 

In response to requests from local School Business Managers, the WF SBM Network was created to compliment the local SBM networks. It aims to provide a forum through which school business professionals in maintained schools can be provided with: 

• support and guidance;
• opportunities to share and discuss collective concerns or issues; and
• opportunities to share best practice

The Network meets every six weeks. Agendas are created in partnership with SBMs and generally include:

• updates and guidance from Council Services;
• training / development workshops; and
• 'clinics'.
