Training will either be delivered as a traded offer or using a tiered approach.
Premises, Health and Safety
The traded offer enables providers to receive specialist dedicated support beyond the universal offer provided by the early years team. The traded offer can be tailored to the needs of each provider and is provided for a small fee.
Early Years Premises, Health & Safety support - A pre-arranged site visit from the Early Years Premises Manager tailored to the needs of the provider, but covers areas of premises H&S statutory compliance such as:
- Asbestos Management
- Fire Safety
- Water Safety (legionella)
- Gas Safety
- Electrical Safety (hard wiring)
Please note that our traded offers may be subject to change on review by the Early Years, Childcare & Business Development Service in order to meet the needs of the sector. All traded offer is subject to availability and a phone consultation to ascertain the needs of the provider.
