Phonics Screening Check - Year 2

2 November 2020 - 18 December 2020. Phonics Screening Check - Year 2 (Autumn Term 2020 second half): State-funded schools administer checks.

Schools must administer a past version of the Phonics Screening Check to Year two pupils. Schools can download past Phonics Screening Check materials used in 2017, 2018 and 2019.

Dance networking meeting

This is the first of termly dance networking meetings for primary and secondary schools across the borough which will enable teachers to network and develop a virtual dance festival.  There will be an overview of Roger Ascham Primary's dance film project in partnership with New Adventures and Sadlers Wells to support children in recording their experiences of Covid-19 and and opportunity to discuss a proposed virtual dance festival.

The Creative Schools + Creative Colleges Annual Symposium

Join us online for a highly interactive virtual conference exploring how to bring creativity into learning and effectively address current and future challenges. In this extraordinary year, the Symposium invites participation from schools, colleges and cultural organisations nationally for a day of online discussion, debate and discovery. Hosted within an innovative virtual conference hall and free to attend, the event includes keynotes, panel discussions, workshops, exhibitions and networking for education professionals and those working in the creative, cultural and arts sectors.
