Multiplication tables check (MTC): Official check window

Schools must administer the MTC to all eligible year four pupils between Monday 6 June and Friday 24 June using the MTC service via DfE Sign In.

Schools are strongly encouraged to administer the check within the first two weeks of the check window.

Standards and Testing Agency (STA) guidance. The STA have produced a presentation to support schools throughout the process.

Autistic Pride Day event at Fellowship Square

The London Borough of Waltham Forest will be celebrating Autistic Pride Day 2022 this year and we are looking local groups and residents to help us celebrate. The event will take place on 17 June 2022 at Fellowship Square from approx. 3pm to 6.30pm.

SBM Network training

As part of the EBE’s strategic Financial Recovery Plan, which will work with schools to provide support as they emerge from the global pandemic; developing skills and capacity is a key strand of the FRP. The training offer is aimed at SBMs and other staff with finance responsibilities in maintained schools.

The sessions are FREE to maintained school staff and will be delivered via Microsoft Teams. To register your interest please accept the calendar invitation for the training session and ‘Join’ the meeting on the day.

Deadline for state-funded schools to submit Early Years Foundation Stage Profile (EYFSP), Phonics Year 1 and Year 2 re-check and Key Stage 1 (TA) results to the local authority via AnyComms+.
