World Mental Health Day 2019
4 October 2019
Mentally Healthy Schools have specially designed a toolkit packed with practical and informative resources aimed at both primary school pupils and staff to boost mental health.
World Mental Health Day - Thursday 10 October gives schools the opportunity to talk about the importance of good mental health and to think about ways to help support the wellbeing of staff and pupils.
The toolkit includes animations, activities, lesson plans, assembly plans, mindfulness exercises and lots more to help you plan your day. There is also two posters designed- for pupils and staff - to put around your school, in classrooms, staffrooms or toilets on supporting mental health and seeking support.
