The Council is required to upload a detailed breakdown of each monthly contribution via the Employers Portal using the monthly contribution template. The Council is required to send this information to TP by the 4th of each month. This will ensure that where there are differences in the Employees Tiers these are easily identified and can be tied back to individuals and schools.

Please supply this information up to two working days before the receipt of the BACS payments. This will allow for the BACS receipts to be identified in the Council’s bank account and time to raise any queries with the your organisation.

All the information you supply will assist in completing the monthly contribution return and assist with reconciliations at the end of year for the annual submissions: - End of year certificate (EOYC).

If you have any questions, please contact Balraj Johal on 020 8496 3260.
