The EOYC template will be available from the Teacher’s Pension website by Monday 22 April 2019.

Please submit the information in the same format as the Teacher's Pension template and attach all information that reconciles back to individuals and schools by Friday 3 May 2019 as the council will be required to submit the unaudited certificate by Friday 31 May 2019.

The EOYC audit is planned for the autumn in October 2019.

As part of the audit sample testing all payroll providers will be required to supply us with teacher payroll reports and payslip copies. These requests will require your immediate attention and must actioned by everyone within 2-3 working days.

The final audited EOYC will be returned to Teachers Pensions by Friday 29 November 2019.
